Breakfast. Our guide will pick you up from your hotel, to enjoy a spiritual day tour to the Islamic and Coptic sites in Cairo. First, see Saladin Citadel where Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque stays, also Al Gawhara palace built by Mamluks and Ottomans.
Then proceed to Ibn Tulun Mosque, the Museum of Gair Anderson. Move to visit to El Azhar, the first Islamic University & Al Hussein Mosque, shopping tour in bazaars, then back to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
After breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to start your journey to Alexandria on the 4 Nights 5 Days Cairo & Alexandria Tour. First, you will visit the Library of Alexandria, the largest library in the world. Next, you will continue to the site of the ancient Lighthouse, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, where the Qaitbay Citadel now stands.
After that, you will explore the royal gardens of King Farouk and see the royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek, as well as the royal beaches of the queens. Then, you will visit the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, the largest and most beautiful mosque in the city, along with the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria.
Following lunch, you will visit St. Mark’s Church, the oldest church in Africa. Later on, you will drive along the Corniche to enjoy a panoramic sea view of Alexandria, including the old harbor where thousands of underwater monuments were discovered. Finally, you will stop at the famous Stanley Bridge, the modern landmark of Alexandria, before returning to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.
